Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please contact us at darren@byrondogtraining.com before sending your item back so we can help you with the return process.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Undergarments, swimwear, or socks

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders, with the exception of our specialist items, are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

Collection at Training

You can choose to collect your order at training at no extra cost.
Select “Pick Up at Training” during checkout, and we’ll confirm the date and location for collection once your order is ready.

Standard Shipping

If you prefer delivery, we offer standard postage and packing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and postal service times.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information (if applicable).

Delays

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to postal service disruptions.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
